Not just beautiful, your wedding flowers should be a sincere expression of the emotions and excitement felt during this special occasion. At Couture Botanical, we understand that choosing a floral theme and knowing how to execute it can be one of the most challenging parts of your wedding day. The following information is to give you some guidance as to what items can be accounted for within an investment frame. It’s by no means a list of our complete design abilities.
Each wedding floral design investment collection has been curated by our Hunter Valley florists with thoughtfulness based on the flower varieties used, complexity and size of the arrangements. Typically, a Couture Botanical couple will invest anywhere between $6,500 and $8,000 on their personal flowers, ceremony and reception with an average guest count of 70-100 guests.
This price is inclusive of blooms and foliage, vessels and trims as well as unlimited consultations and phone calls.

Like any great couture fashion house we have our ‘ready to wear’ collection. They are a curation of our most requested pieces to give you a cohesive floral story in our signature styling that you know and love. They are created using ‘designer’s choice’ blooms and foliage.
The collections are perfectly suited to those couples who want to leave it to the professionals! Personalise your wedding florals by selecting a colour palette that speaks to your style and theme. Whether you prefer the timeless elegance of classic whites, the romantic allure of pinks, the vibrant energy of bright pastels, or the gentle charm of soft pastels and we will weave those hues into breathtaking floral compositions.

Blending our passion and attention to detail with a unique creative flair, we design small weddings with a focus on the big moments – leaving you and your guests in awe of the floral magic that was created.
Perfect for intimate affairs or elopements this price point could include bridal bouquet, boutonniere, an arbour feature. On the day service fees are an additional cost. You also have the option for collection of your floral pieces from our studio.

This price point gives you the option of our full-service wedding and usually includes all personal flowers, ceremony statement arrangements and reception florals including cake flowers, table arrangements, candles and napery. Our styling team will be with you from ceremony to reception to ensure everything is in its place. This is our most popular choice for our couples.

Our FULL SERVICE DESIGN PLUS A LITTLE MORE -
this investment will afford you a floral filled wedding and our signature styling and may include personal florals including family members, plus lush and abundant statement arrangements for both ceremony and reception. This price point is based on an average guest list of 90-120. Our stylists will be on hand from your ceremony to reception to ensure your spaces are picture perfect.

Couture Botanical can provide you with a complete floral styling service for your wedding. We will work with you as a couple to design a unique and stunning floral filled event tailored to suit your personality and vision. From our initial styling session to adding the last little bloom we will cover all aspects of your floral styling. The ‘Complete Styling’ package suits those couples who are after the ultimate flower filled ceremony and reception and are happy for us to take the reins. All we need is your colour palette. The package includes our signature elegant floral designs and a comprehensive styling session with our couples. We will also co-ordinate with your venue and other wedding vendors to ensure a cohesive vision. With this price point we can offer you a full collection of personals, large statement arrangements for both the ceremony and reception. It will also include candles and fabric draping for that luxe romantic feel.

Some of our couples have very firm ideas on the designs they would like for their wedding day, and that’s great. Don’t be concerned although if you are not that prepared, that’s what we are here for, to help and assist you and guide you through the floral maze. We have portfolios of our recent work on our galleries & Instagram to inspire you. You can also schedule one of our Styling Sessions, it’s a great way to be inspired. However many of our couples live away from the area, interstate and often overseas, so be assured that if you can’t see us personally we can successfully manage your floral concept via email, and we have a fabulous digital process that we can guide you through the designing process.

There is a lot of variability when it comes to wedding flower prices. Most of our couples spend between $6,500 – $8000 on their wedding flowers. Every florist will price their creativity differently. We know that some florists will charge more and less than we do. Our overall aim is to provide you with the best quality blooms and provide honest opinions as to where the best use of your budget will be. As each wedding is different and unique, a lot of time and love goes into creating a personalised quote, so please get in touch and we can finalise the details together.

We suggest that you make contact with us as soon as you have found and booked your perfect venue. If you can make a time to see us for a Styling Session that’s great, and we do offer consultations 6 days a week by appointment. If you can’t see us personally we can begin the process via email, we have a very comprehensive digital process available to assist you with your requirements remotely, so take a look at our ‘Say Hello’ page for further details and please touch base with us regarding your enquiry. We would love to hear all about your upcoming wedding day. Once you have received one of our customised proposals after either a personalised appointment or through our digital processes, and you are happy to confirm our services you can book us as soon as you wish, remembering that our proposals are only valid for two weeks after they are formalised. After your booking is confirmed you are then exclusively in our calendar for your wedding date.
